1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using the services provided through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined herein. These Terms of Service apply to all customers of TatvaforSoul store, including visitors, users, and buyers.
2. General Use of the Website
By using this website, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
• You will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user at our sole discretion, including for violations of these terms.
3. Our Services
We provide custom-designed T-shirts, where customers can place orders for printed products, which are then produced and shipped directly by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. The products are made specifically for you once an order is placed, and therefore, we do not hold any inventory.
TatvaforSoul operates on a print-on-demand model. This means:
• Every product is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed.
• Products are not pre-stocked. Production begins only after payment is received (or COD order is confirmed).
• Because each item is custom-produced, slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture may occur between orders. These are inherent to the POD process and do not constitute a defect.
• Product images on our website are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and print batch.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has entered production. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
4. Pricing & Taxes
• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout.
• TatvaforSoul reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full cancellation and refund.
• Free shipping is offered on all Standard Delivery orders. A flat fee of ₹50 applies for Fast Delivery (next-day dispatch).
5. Orders & Cancellations
Placing an Order
When you place an order on TatvaforSoul, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production (typically within 12 hours of placement).
• To request a cancellation, email us at support@tatvaforsoul.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7838527438 with your order number as soon as possible.
• Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-dispatch options.
• COD orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason may be flagged, and future COD eligibility may be restricted.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details — including size, product, and delivery address — are correct at the time of placement. TatvaforSoul is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Payments
We accept the following payment methods for orders within India:
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, and others)
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) via Razorpay or equivalent payment gateway
• Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, and others)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across India
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. TatvaforSoul does not store your card or payment details on our servers.
For COD orders, please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated non-acceptance of COD deliveries may affect your COD eligibility on future orders.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within India. Detailed timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Key terms:
• Standard Delivery: dispatched within 2–3 business days; delivered within 3–5 business days. Free of charge.
• Fast Delivery: dispatched the next business day; delivered within 2–3 business days. Flat fee of ₹50.
• A tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
• TatvaforSoul is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• TatvaforSoul is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs all return and refund requests and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged/defective items, wrong items delivered, or change of mind (conditions apply).
• Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or size exchange only — not cash refunds.
• Products that are used, washed, or without original tags cannot be returned.
• COD order refunds are issued as store credit.

9. Intellectual Property & Original Designs
Ownership of Designs: As the creator of the designs displayed here, Tatvaforsoul retain full ownership all designs created for use on our products

10. User Conduct
When interacting with our website, social media, or customer support, you agree not to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, India.
