•        Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

•        Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

•        Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

•        Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days

 

Fast Delivery — ₹50

How It Works

•        Select Fast Delivery at checkout for a flat fee of ₹50.

•        Your order will be dispatched the next business day — regardless of when you place it.

•        Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 business days to reach you.

•        A tracking link is shared immediately after dispatch via email and WhatsApp.

 

 

Fast Delivery Cut-off Time

•        Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day are dispatched the following business day.

•        Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on a Sunday/public holiday are dispatched on the next working business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

•        COD is available on both Standard and Fast Delivery orders across India.

•        No advance payment is required — our delivery partner collects the amount at your door.

•        Please keep the exact order amount (including ₹50 Fast Delivery fee if applicable) ready at delivery.

•        Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

•        Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before shipping.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:

•        Email (to your registered email address)

•        WhatsApp (if you opted in at checkout)

 

You can use this link to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking link within your dispatch window, please reach out to us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

•        If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us — we'll investigate with our courier partner right away.

•        In rare cases of lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

•        TatvaforSoul is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
