At TatvaforSoul, every product is made on demand — printed and fulfilled after you place your order. This means less waste, fresher prints, and a product made just for you. Please read this policy before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
• The product arrived damaged or defective (print issue, fabric fault, torn seam).
• The wrong product was delivered.
• Change of mind or wrong Size ordered (conditions apply — see below).
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit or exchange will be issued. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for change-of-mind returns.
Since our products are printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind returns — only store credit or size exchanges.
Size & Fit Policy - Wrong Size Ordered Returns
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since all products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection.
If you receive the wrong size from our side or a damaged product, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
For size-related concerns:
• Size exchanges are allowed once per order
• Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
• Reverse pickup charges may apply for size exchanges

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right at no cost to you. Here's what to do:

• Share your order number and clear photos of the issue (product, packaging, and the defect).
• We will review your request within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
• Step 1: Email support@tatvaforsoul.com or WhatsApp +91 7838527438 with subject line: Return Request — Order #[number]
• Step 2: Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
• Step 3: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
• Step 4: Ship the product back to the address provided. Share the return tracking number with us.
• Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• Products returned without original tags or packaging.
• Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
• Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Full refund to original payment method OR replacement, as preferred.
• Change of mind: Store credit only (no cash refund).
• COD orders: Refunds are issued as store credit, as cash collected at delivery cannot be reversed.
